Product Description
Blitz is designed for neglected lines where a deeper clean is necessary.
A liquid detergent formulated for the cleaning of beer dispense, soft drinks dispense and cellar tank delivery systems in the Licensed Trade, ensuring rapid removal of yeast and other residues.
Physical Characteristics:
BLITZ CLEANER is a pale yellow, mobile liquid containing a blend of sodium hydroxide and sodium hypochlorite together with non-hazardous water softening agents.

Application:
BLITZ CLEANER should be used only by Cellar Service Technicians for the supervised cleaning of beer dispense and cellar tank delivery systems in the Licensed Trade where problem soiling and scaling occurs. It is effective in thoroughly cleaning systems, which have been neglected through improper cleaning or not cleaning at the recommended frequency. Use rate in the range 1%v/v – 5%v/v.
Flush the system with fresh water to remove any beer residue.
Prepare a solution of Blitz Cleaner at a dilution rate of 1%-5% v/v i.e. 0.5 litres to 2.5 litres per 50 litres of water depending on the level of soil encountered.
Fill dispense system and allow to soak. As a guide, a 1%v/v solution could be allowed to soak for 1 to 2 hours, a 5%v/v solution should be allowed to soak for no more than 30 minutes. To improve cleaning pull fresh cleaner into the system every 10-15 minutes.
Rinse system thoroughly with clean water.
